Hi everyone!

My name is Christy Humason. On July 29, 2006 I will be participating in Sixth Annual International Blogathon to raise money for Matthew 25: Ministries. Blogathon 2006 participants pledge to update their blog every 30 minutes for a period of 24 hours while collecting donations through sponsorships for a charity of their choice.

My charity, Matthew 25: Ministries is a Cincinnati-based "international humanitarian relief organization helping the poorest of the poor locally, regionally, nationally and internationally regardless of race, creed or political persuasion. By rescuing and reusing products from major corporations, manufacturers and individuals, Matthew 25: Ministries provides basic necessities, skill development and disaster relief across the US and worldwide." Matthew 25: Ministries seeks to fulfill Jesus' words in Matthew 25:34-40 by providing food, clean water, clothes, shelter, medical care, and humanitarian supplies to those in need.

To raise money, I am seeking sponsors who would be willing to donate either an hourly amount (for each hour I blog, totalling 24 hours) or a lump sum toward this cause. Any amount you can contribute would be greatly appreciated by me, Matthew 25: Ministries, and those that M25M goes on to help.
